Community Impact

MULYP members have contributed over 8,000 hours of Voluneer Services to the Greater Milwaukee Community.

Held first annual MULYP Luncheon hosted by Milwaukee Brewers and Brewers Charities at Miller Park

A candidate forum for those running for Milwaukee School Board was held before the spring elections during a MULYP general body meeting.

A Financial Literacy Jeopardy game was held as part of the National Urban League’s National Day of Service.

Participated in activities bringing awareness to causes such as Easter Seals, United Negro College Fund, The American Heart Association, Walk for Quality of Life, and Children's Hospital of Wisconsin.

MULYP collaborated with Milwaukee Urban League Guild members to host a polling site for 2006 fall and 2007 spring elections.
